Tweet For Tweet Back in 2013, brands were infamously doing a poor job of social media. We made the first ever social customer service IP, helping consumers see which brands give a tweet about them and which don’t. It allowed you to ask a single question to several companies head-to-head, measuring their responses. You could rate each brand for timeliness and helpfulness, establishing a standard for social customer service. A simple site design let people ask companies questions head-to-head, and showed social scores and ratings from companies overall. The site is no longer live.
